We accept returns for damaged goods and will send you a replacement set.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email to support@hardweights.com
  • For missing items, please also email us with your tracking number. We will happily solve the issue and send you a replacement set.
  • Please inform us of damaged or missing goods within 30 days of purchase.
